If you have an emergency or urgent problem that requires immediate attention, please telephone our office at (732) 935-0700 and follow the instructions on the recorded message to have the doctor paged. We are committed to responding promptly to your calls and make every effort to return them as timely as possibly. At times, the doctor may be involved in a delivery or surgery when you call and may not be able to safely stop what she is doing. In those cases,it may take longer to respond.   

If you have a problem that is non urgent or emergency, need to change an appointment or speak with our Office Manager please call back during regular office hours.

As always, in the event of a true MEDICAL EMERGENCY please proceed directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Because of our commitment to providing you with the best possible health care, Dr. Chakraborty and Dr. Price rotate responsibility for taking care of you at night, on weekends, and on holidays.

If you need a refill for routine prescriptions, please call during regular office hours and kindly give us at least 24 hours lead-time to respond to your request.
